Additional Terms

The Owners have taken reasonable steps to offer accurate information to you, but they do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of any recommendation or description, orally or in writing, concerning the rental of the property or it enjoyment thereof. 

 

The Owners have no responsibility whatsoever for any additional services purchased from the Host or other service providers. 

 

Any loss or damage to the property or contents (including stains and marks to furniture) must be reported immediately to the Host.

Electric vehicles may not be charged at the property.

You undertake to comply with the written property instructions and the advice of the Host, including but not limited to the use of electrical appliances, waste management and safety advice. 

​

You will respect the environment and local fauna by avoiding littering or leaving food outside. 

​

You are required to carry valid insurance sufficient to meet any personal injury and loss and for damage to the Owner’s property and its contents. 

 

The Owners (which term shall include the Host) exclude any liability for loss or damage of whatever kind suffered by you to the fullest extent permissible under the law.

The Agreement with the owner shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose Courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
